We specialise in the affordable housing, social care and health sectors in Wales. We provide homes, advice and services to our existing and prospective tenants across the social, intermediate and market rent sectors. Our extensive health, social care and support services help older and vulnerable people to live as independently as possible in their own homes or supported housing schemes. Our purpose built nursing homes provide high quality nursing care for people who have exhausted their ability to live independently. Our dedicated nursing and care staff have the skills to deliver person centred care to residents with complex needs including services for people with dementia.

    Congratulations to Llys Enfys extra care scheme in Llanishen, Cardiff who recently won a silver medal at the Elderly Accommodation Council’s (EAC) 'National Housing for Older People Awards 2015'. The awards were held in Manchester on Wednesday 17th February 2016. Read more here.

  3. Willowbrook Tenants Leave a Lasting Legacy during a Multi-media Interactive World War 2 Day

    Year 6 children from Millbrook Primary School in Newport recently visited Willowbrook, our extra care sheme in Newport for an interactive World War 2 experience. The day was hosted by tenant group Willowbrook Active Aspirations to enhance the children's learning in a fun and educational way. Tenants shared their stories, acted as shopkeepers, newspaper sellers, codebreakers, ration distributors and real life story tellers for this living history project. Read more here
