As part of Linc’s redevelopment of the former Dyffryn Lower School site in Port Talbot, we’ve been working closely with arts charity Tanio to help preserve the rich history and memories associated with the school — through a stunning community mosaic project.

We’re proud to announce the completion and handover of 21 brand-new, high-quality apartments at Tontine Street in Swansea – a development that marks a significant step forward in supporting people who have experienced homelessness.

A once-empty playground at Cymmer Primary School has been transformed into a vibrant outdoor classroom space, thanks to a creative collaboration between Tanio, Linc Cymru, and Intelle Construction, funded through community benefits linked to the Dan Y Mynydd Extra Care development.
