Linc Cymru and Castell Group have laid the ‘golden brick’ to mark a key milestone in their partnership to deliver 26 much-needed affordable homes at the Former New Forge site in Oakdale, Caerphilly.

Work is progressing well at the Darran Road development site in Mountain Ash, where clearance work is preparing the area for a new care accommodation scheme for older people.

Demolition work is soon to begin in preparation for the redevelopment of Caerphilly’s former indoor market site. The project, delivered as part of the Caerphilly Town 2035 masterplan, will see the current disused buildings on Pentrebane Street demolished and a modern apartment complex with some commercial units built in their place.
