Introducing Codi Group 

When we  merged in 2024, we agreed that the opportunity presented us with the chance to create a fresh outlook, and ambition, aligned to the needs of the communities we work with. 

From January 1st 2026, we will be known as… Codi Group – a new name for a new organisation 

Codi is the Welsh word for ‘Rise’, recognising our deep-rooted Welsh identity and our desire to rise to meet the expectations of our customers and the opportunities that lie ahead.

There are no immediate changes to your current services, you’ll continue to deal with the same familiar faces you know and trust.  

The full change won’t take effect until January 2026 so you’ll still see the names Linc or Pobl for now, we’ll start using Codi Group gradually.  

In the meantime:  

• Your current services will carry on as usual – same contacts, same payment schedules 

• You don’t need to do anything  

• We’ll keep you updated with clear information along the way
