Estate inspections -September 2021
Community
Estate inspections will be carried out by staff members.
During the inspection, colleagues will be looking at all external estate wide repair and landscaping issues. Also, individual property external issues including unkempt gardens and caravans on driveways.
Inspections will start at 10am on Wednesday 1 September and will cover the following areas in the order indicated below:
Cavendish Close, Thornhill
Tyn Y Berllan, Lisvane
Claverton Way, Pontprennau
Crawford Drive, Pontprennau
Hotham Close, Pontprennau
Huntington Drive, Pontprennau
Heol Nant Glandulas, Lisvane
On Wednesday 22 September, inspections will cover:
Brackla – 9-11am
Coity – 11am-1pm
Llys Morfa – 2-3pm
Melyn Fach – 3-4pm
These times are approximate
On Thursday 30 September, inspections will cover:
Llys Groeswen,
Morrison Court
Danygraig, Port Talbot
These will take place between 9.30am and midday
