We specialise in the affordable housing, social care and health sectors in Wales. We provide homes, advice and services to our existing and prospective tenants across the social, intermediate and market rent sectors. Our extensive health, social care and support services help older and vulnerable people to live as independently as possible in their own homes or supported housing schemes. Our purpose built nursing homes provide high quality nursing care for people who have exhausted their ability to live independently. Our dedicated nursing and care staff have the skills to deliver person centred care to residents with complex needs including services for people with dementia.

Green light for £130m new housing grant scheme
An innovative new housing finance scheme will be launched by the Welsh Government today (Thursday 26th September 2013). The package includes around £120 million of Welsh Government funding over the next 30 years and will contribute directly to the building of over 1000 new affordable homes across Wales.

Linc Cymru secures £15million for its South Wales Capital Development Programme
Linc has agreed a £15million funding package with The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to support our corporate development programme. In line with the Welsh Government’s strategic objective to provide more affordable housing in Wales, RBS has provided Linc with the financial support to commence the construction of new schemes in Bridgend and Newport.
