The Executive Team
The Board delegates operational responsibility to the Chief Executive and the Executive Team. Each Team member has specific responsibility for key areas of the organisation as follows:
Chief Executive
Scott Sanders concentrates on strategic business planning, corporate communications and governance. He leads on Linc's New Business Strategy and is a Director of Tarbed Ltd.
Executive Director, Corporate Services
Campbell Bardo concentrates on strategic finance, corporate services and the role of Company Secretary. Campbell supports the work of the Assistant Director Corporate Services; the Head of Human Resources and the Health and Safety Manager. He is also Deputy Chief Executive and a Director of Tarbed Ltd.
Executive Director, Property
Louise Attwood and her team are responsible for delivering the organisation’s new business and growth strategy across their social and market rental products as well as their independent living business.
