Our dedicated Linc Care Team provide a range of services for our older and vulnerable customers, providing independent living across South East Wales.

High quality, flexible and providing exceptional value for money, this type of support is critical to ensure that people can live independently, in their own home in the community of their choice. We provide a range of services, which includes Extra Care and Sheltered Housing accommodation, as well as community alarms and telecare options for those who require extra support to enable them to live independently.

Mixed Communities

Our most recently built communities, such as Llys Enfys in Llanishen, Cardiff, offer a much greater mix of services including Sheltered Housing, Extra Care and younger adults with physical disabilities.
