Our Community Nursing Home Capel Grange, has had its first inspection by the regulator, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW). Under Care Standards arrangements, at least two inspections of the home will be undertaken each year.
The Inspector looked at a range of services at the home, including record keeping, standards of care and nursing, the general "feel" and appearance, as well as how residents view the services.The resulting report was very positive, with no recommendations to be implemented.
Commenting on the report, Chief Executive Robert Smith said, " This is an extremely encouraging report, reflecting the high standards we are always aiming for. We knew that we had a high quality nursing service and this is a pleasing reflection of the hard work and effort of our team"
